Food is okay, service is really bad, the servers are very rude to customers.

Extremely disrespectful, we can understand that maybe english isn't your first language, but when someone is trying to order, don't ignore or yell at them just because they don't speak your language. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend.

I come to this place every week. Food is good and not expensive at all. Staff is nice but dont expect exceptional service like fancy restaurants.

Large portions at cheap pricing. Taste is just okay, but highly flexible to suit your needs. Staffs are experienced and nice, English service is actually way better than most other Chinese restaurant. EXCEPT the boss lady, she has anger management issues and racist. She would flame an confrontation, and even resent her staffs that try to descalate an situation.

This is a local Hong Kong style cafe and restaurant serving big dishes. Price to food quality ratio is high (good quality for a low price). But the environment could use some revamping.

If you are a neat freak and are obsessed with cleanliness, forget this restaurant. However, if you like authentic Cantonese food at very reasonable prices, this is the place to frequent at.

Dishes are delicious, the place has a nice atmosphere and the best part is, no tax included.

Horrible service, I was ignored for half an hour because I can't speak Chinese and when I ordered, they were glaring at me as I tried to work with them. I didn't end up getting anything and left to another restaurant. Would never recommend.

Terrible and unresponsive service. I ordered short ribs and what came was a plate of 80% disgusting inedible pure fat. Spoke to the waitress and totally ignored me out right. Never going back, there are better restaurants for the price.

This place may not be nice in decor, but the quality of the food they serve is hard to beat for the low prices they charge. They offer unlimited white rice when your order most dishes. This place serves traditional Cantonese style fare, to HK style, to fried rice and noodles. Bonus, their HK milk tea is probably some of the best in Toronto.

It's an old HK style restaurant, they have noodles in soup, stir fried noodles, fried rice, steam rice with stir fried veggies and meat. It's very economical. Most meal comes with soup of the day and drink. And they open on Christmas day and boxing day. Taste are good. Worth to give it a try.

Food is meh but for that price it’s alright. Very little food in the pork chop rice, one waitress wearing the black shirt is extremely rude... commanded us to “hurry up and order the food guys!!” When we just sat there. My order of pork chop with rice took over 40 mins to make was horrible. All the other servers are better , food is cheap, lots of MSG.

Many issues occurred during the visit. A reservation was made 2 hours prior, however upon arrival, there was a half hour waiting time. Very unprofessional and unorganized. When seated at the table, a waitress threw the menu onto it along with the cups and plates. A second waitress came in to take the order. Unfortunately the dish arrival came another half hour later with the excuse of not having put in the order in the first place (meaning it was forgotten). When asked a waiter, he told us to have patience and left with no other comment. On a final note, this place is very unsanitary. Inspecting the conditions of the washroom, it was appalling. There are cockroaches! The same waitress who threw the menu had also come out rinsing her hands lightly with water and no soap before going back to work. Never coming back.

Pretty authentic canton cuisine at a low price. Generous portion and free soup. Service is a bit cold because it is usually quite full. But they are efficient.

Food is old school good, price reasonable. Attitude is something you have to deal with at Chinese places. This was once 三和 (Sam Woo).

Chinese restaurant with more than just Chinese dishes. This casual setting restaurant has a variety of choices on their menu. Rather than Chinese food, we ordered crispy fish and pork with salad. Can choose between fries or salad and it is $5.50 to $6.00 with pop/coffee included. Waiting time wasnt short, but when the food arrived we were satisfied. Both dishes are golden crispy. Good texture of the fish, and the pork is surprisingly juicy and tender. It is good.

Cheap but good food for this price level. Not a fancy restaurant, but friendly staffs. I will come back for more.

Low price foods and taste acceptable.

On a 105.00 bill i left an 18.00 tip only to be told by the wait staff and the woman sitting at the cash it was not enough. Figure that one out........

This is our favourite place to eat with my mom and grandma. The food here is tasty and super affordable!

We had one lunch and one dinner here. Good price and good taste, reflects in its Chinese name of Restaurant. you need to wait 5 to 10 minutes during peak time. Recommended

Good price. Lots of variety, from 6 different kids meal to simple soup noodle to authentic Cantonese fried rice/ noodle. Also Cantonese stir fry dishes 小炒 and family combo 和菜。Today I was lucky to get tofu flower for dessert. Always comes with free soup and white rice. Very friendly staff, lots of tables, always busy though as the local Alton towerians treats this as their canteen. Their iced cold drinks are big, worth the extra charge.

Best affordable Chinese food. Their club sandwiches, fries, and HK-style French toast are good. Don't know why so many people are complaining about the staff, my family's been going here for several years and there's never been any issues.

Decent Chinese food for a low price. As another reviewer said below, many of their menu items will come with soup and a free drink. (Also during dinners, I believe that you get free rice to accompany your side dishes)Most of their dishes are great for the price, however the quality is often inconsistent. I wouldn't recommend coming here for 'western' food. Their pasta sauce is always thin/watery and flavorless, and their fried chicken isn't the best.The place itself feels somewhat old (they use disposable plastic table cloths). The waiters/servers don't look you in the eyes when you speak to them, and they also don't seem to enjoy conversation.If you want cheap and satisfying Chinese food; this is your place. Just don't come for the service.
